VaultByte – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to VaultByte. By entering any of our competitions, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Eligibility

  • Entrants must be 18 years or older and UK residents.
  • VaultByte competitions are not open to employees of VaultByte, their immediate families, or anyone connected with the operation of the competition.
  • Only entrants who correctly answer the skill-based competition question will be eligible to win.

2. How to Enter

🛒 Paid Entry:

  • Enter by selecting the desired competition, answering the qualifying question, and purchasing a ticket.

  • All free entries must be received before the competition closes and must include a correct answer to the competition question.

3. Competition Details

  • Each competition will specify:
    • The prize
    • The entry price
    • The maximum number of entries
    • The closing date and time
  • VaultByte reserves the right to cancel a competition and refund entrants if the minimum number of entries is not reached.

4. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be chosen at random using an independent, secure random draw system or live draw.
  • Draws are conducted live via our website or social media platforms.
  • All entrants will receive their ticket numbers via email before the draw.

5. Prizes

  • Prizes are as described on the competition page. No cash alternative is available unless explicitly stated.
  • Winners will be contacted within 48 hours of the draw.
  • Prizes will be delivered within 7 days of confirmation unless otherwise stated.

6. Winner Announcement

  • By entering, you consent to VaultByte publishing your name and town/city as the winner on our website and social media.
  • Full winner details can be requested by contacting us.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

  • All entries are final and non-refundable once submitted unless a competition is cancelled by VaultByte.

8. Liability

  • VaultByte is not responsible for:
    • Entries not received due to technical issues
    • Delays in prize delivery caused by third-party couriers
    • Any failure of third-party services required for the competition

9. Fair Play

  • Any attempt to manipulate or hack the system, automate entries, or cheat will result in disqualification.
  • VaultByte reserves the right to ban repeat offenders from all future competitions.

10. Data Protection

  • All personal data is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
  • Your data will only be used to manage competitions, deliver prizes, and notify winners.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Disputes will be handled in the courts of the United Kingdom.
